BYOP (Bring-Your-Own-Plate) Vanity Tray - Saturday, June 13th | 6:30pm

This workshop begins with a hammer.

Bring a plate from home or a favorite thrift store find, and we'll do something you usually don't want to do - break it! The satisfying process of smashing your plate into mosaic pieces is just the beginning. From there, you'll transform those fragments into a beautiful, one-of-a-kind vanity tray that's perfect for jewelry, candles, perfumes, and other treasured items.

Along the way, you'll learn basic mosaic techniques including design layout, adhesive application, and grouting. No two trays will be alike, and the story behind your plate becomes part of the finished piece.

There's something surprisingly rewarding about taking something broken and turning it into something beautiful. We can't wait to see what you create.

No experience needed. All mosaic supplies are provided. Just bring a plate you'd like to transform.

Snacks & Sips: Feel free to bring your favorite snacks and drinks to enjoy while you create. The Studio is BYOB for guests 21+.

Parking: On street meter parking is available on Elizabeth Ave. Free on street parking is available on Chelsea Ave. Free lot parking is located behind the building.

Locating the Studio:  We suggest entering the building from Ruch St. entrance (the back of the building). Use the elevator directly inside the building to the right. This is the only elevator that will take you to the 4th floor. If you enter the building from Elizabeth Ave, and take the elevator in the hallway, please note that the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor.
